Common questions
Why per workspace?
Per-seat pricing punishes you for hiring, and a three-person crew doesn’t make three times the paperwork. It makes about the same amount per job as a one-person crew does.
What counts as an “ask”?
One question, or one draft it puts together for you. The allowance is per person over a rolling 30-day window: capacity comes back as each ask ages out, rather than all at once on the first of the month. We quote it in asks rather than dollars because that’s the number you can plan around.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing gets deleted. The workspace drops back to the free plan’s limits and everything you put in stays there until you pick a plan.
Is the app included?
Yes. The iPhone app for the crew and the browser for the office are one subscription, looking at the same records.
